Easy. For most Learners, you simply click the "Forgot Password" link on the front page of BHAPD.com.
Follow the prompts, and you can expect a reset password link to be sent directly to your email.
However, for a small percentage of Learners, a personalized email was not automatically attached to your profile when it was created. Please contact your store's BHAPD.com 'Manager' and they can reset it for you.
