Your BHAID is created for every employee of a BHA consulted store in an automated process. It is created during the payroll paperwork process, and as such, you will be able to find this 7 digit BHAID with your manager or payroll department within the store. Sometimes this number is referred to as an "EmplID" or "EV5#" in these departments.


This BHAID is used as your username for everytime you log into BHAPD.com.


  1. Go to BHAPD.com (available anytime, anywhere, not just BHA network)
  2. Enter your BHAID as your username
    • This is a 7-digit number that always starts “10…”
    • This number is also listed on MOST check-stubs - (paper or electronic) or contact your HR/Payroll specialist
  3. Enter your password
    • If you have not created one, the default password is: P@ssword
    • The password is case-sensitive
  4. When you first login, the system will force you to change your password. Your new password will last for 1 year.
