I understand and agree that all Materials, concepts, and information (“Material”) presented in relation to the enclosed training are the property of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive (“BHA”). I understand that any Material presented in BHA training, presentations, consultation, and/or coaching about BHA is intended solely for use of immediate Participants while employed by or on behalf of the sponsoring organization. I understand that while I have access to such Materials through the immediate dealership that sponsors me, I agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, post in any online forum or site, modify, or repackage the Materials. I therefore agree not to provide the Materials to any third party for any purpose other than the authorized use at a BHA-affiliated dealership.
I agree that I will first obtain the prior written consent of BHA should I wish to use any Materials from BHA or the BHA website either directly or indirectly in any training program, workshop, or similar business activity which I make available to the dealership that sponsors me.
