Erik joined Berkshire Hathaway Automotive Professional Development in June 2014. His expertise is diverse, spending time in outside sales and live television before entering the Automotive Industry. Skills learned in all these fields proved vital for his ultimate passions, Training and Facilitation.
As a 3rd-generation salesman, Erik was fortunate to be raised with the philosophies and attitudes to succeed not only as a salesperson but as a leader and a teacher. He conducts high-impact sessions designed to engage participants with new ideas and skills to take away and use immediately to find their own success. His programs have focused on all aspects of Sales Training: Customer Service, Time Management, Communication, Customer Follow-up, Product Demonstration, Product Delivery, and so on.

Erik is a native Texan who graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television and Film. He is also a black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and volunteers with Big Brother Big Sisters of North Texas. Erik spends the remainder of his free time with his Border Collie named Samantha and as an avid supporter of the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
